◆ HMM announced that it will dispose of 24,999,999 shares of Total Terminal International Algeciras (TTIA), a Spanish corporation, worth KRW 58.93835 billion.

◆ Hyosung Advanced Materials announced that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth KRW 29.148 billion for its affiliate Hyosung Vietnam.
