Booyoung Offers 8% Discount on 'Changwon Wolyeong Marine Ashiang' Units

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Booyoung Housing is offering a discount sale for 'Changwon Wolyeong Marine Ashiang,' currently being supplied in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, to reduce the burden on buyers. The discount rate is around 8%.

Booyoung Housing announced on the 19th that it will conduct a limited discount sale for 1,000 households of Changwon Wolyeong Marine Ashiang until August. Discounts ranging from 23.7 million to 36.8 million KRW will be applied from the initial sale price. As a post-sale complex, buyers can immediately select their desired building and unit number and sign a contract, with individual registration also available immediately.

This complex is a large-scale development consisting of 38 buildings, ranging from 1 basement floor to a maximum of 31 floors above ground, totaling 4,298 households. By exclusive area, there are ▲ 3,116 units of 84㎡ ▲ 584 units of 124㎡ ▲ 598 units of 149㎡.
