The safety training covered safety management topics such as major accident cases and safety measures, as well as safety and health related to workers operating pressure vessels, excavators, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
Additionally, through forklift test driving, participants learned practical methods to respond to hazards, and on-site practical sessions were conducted to enhance crisis response capabilities for various types of safety accidents, including the installation of pressure vessel protective devices and self-inspection procedures.
Go Gyeongsik, Director of the Rural Support Division, stated, “Worker safety is an absolute value that cannot be exchanged for anything.” He added, “Through this training, we will fully gather workers’ opinions on safety management and do our best to create a safe working environment free of accidents.”
