Transfer Station Area of Urban Railroad Line 1 - Daegu Industrial Line (Planned), Beneficiary Complex of Large-scale Hwawon Area Development Boom
Amid the government's announcement of expanded restrictions on the resale of pre-sale rights, the ‘Seolhwamyeonggok Station Woobang IU Shell,’ a complex that had attracted attention for its development prospects among pre-August pre-sale complexes, closed its subscription with an average competition rate of 4.56 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 17th, ‘Seolhwamyeonggok Station Woobang IU Shell’ received a total of 1,438 applications for 320 units.
A sales official stated, “Despite the three-day pre-reservation system during the opening, many visitors came, which was somewhat expected. There were not many new supplies nearby, and since this was the last chance before the expanded resale restrictions take effect in August, interest was high. The location, which is set to become a transfer station for Subway Line 1 and the Daegu Industrial Line, boasts excellent transportation and natural surroundings, and is designed as a park-style apartment, which likely increased consumer satisfaction. We expect an early sell-out,” he said.
The contract terms of a 5 million KRW down payment (first installment) and interest-free intermediate payments were also welcomed by buyers. One applicant said, “The advantage of being in a convenient station area and a transfer station for the Daegu Industrial Line, along with development prospects in Hwawon, raises expectations for asset value appreciation. The transportation and living environment are perfect, and the floor plan is good, so I am hopeful of winning.”
In Hwawon, which is attracting attention as a new residential area due to various development plans, ‘Seolhwamyeonggok Station Woobang IU Shell,’ located near Seolhwamyeonggok Station, the planned transfer station for the Daegu Industrial Line, was noted as the first complex to enjoy the premium of a transfer station area. With a low building-to-land ratio and a south-facing-centered complex, all units feature 4Bay layouts and innovative designs with ample storage space, making it popular among buyers.
‘Seolhwamyeonggok Station Woobang IU Shell’ announced its winners on June 23 (Tuesday), and the official contracts will be signed from July 6 to 8 (Monday to Wednesday). The model house is located at 1040 Daegok-dong, Dalseo-gu, next to Daegu Arboretum.
