SPC Samlip Launches Four Seasonal Limited 'Manggo-ro Series' Products

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] SPC Samlip announced on the 18th that it has launched the ‘Manggo-ro Series’ for the summer season.

The ‘Manggo-ro Series’ is a product line emphasizing the unique sweet and tangy taste by using mango, a representative tropical fruit, with the concept of ‘Cool with Mango in the Hot Summer.’

The ‘Manggo-ro Series’ includes four types: ‘Manggo-ro Roll Roll,’ a moist cake sheet filled with mango cream; ‘Manggo-ro Danish,’ a mini Danish pastry filled generously with sweet and tangy mango jam; ‘Manggo-ro Pang Pang,’ soft bread filled with mango bean paste; and ‘Manggo-ro Cake,’ a half-moon shaped cake filled with sweet mango cream. They are sold nationwide in supermarkets with a recommended retail price of 1,100 KRW.

To commemorate the product launch, from the 19th, SPC Samlip will hold a ‘Manggo-ro Series Promotion Event’ on its official Instagram. Among participants who leave comments, 20 people will be selected by lottery to receive the new products.

An SPC Samlip official said, “We have launched a season-limited dessert using seasonal fruit mango to welcome the hot summer,” and added, “We plan to continue releasing various products applying seasonal trends.”
