[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] RF Tech's subsidiary RF Bio announced on the 18th that it has signed a comprehensive business agreement with 'Ppeum Clinic,' the largest beauty medical network hospital in Korea, followed by a comprehensive business partnership with Okims Plastic Surgery.
Okims Plastic Surgery has extensive clinical experience and procedural know-how in the field of beauty medicine, and based on Okims Plastic Surgery's expertise, RF Bio plans to proactively develop products that reflect customer needs. An RF Bio official stated, "Korea's beauty medical industry is at a world-class level, and the market trends change very rapidly," adding, "By collaborating with Okims Plastic Surgery to understand market changes, we will be able to timely launch next-generation products that meet on-site demand."
He continued, "Through the partnership with Ppeum Clinic, we expect accelerated sales growth by enhancing filler business awareness and expanding overseas," and added, "The collaboration system established with Okims Plastic Surgery will serve as an important foothold in terms of R&D, and we plan to strengthen competitiveness by additionally forming business partnerships with leading dermatology and plastic surgery clinics in Korea."
Meanwhile, RF Bio recently succeeded in isolating and identifying a botulinum strain derived from honey for the first time in the world, accelerating the development of toxin pharmaceuticals.
