Lumimicro Acquires Additional 50 Billion KRW Worth of Shares in Affiliate Bibozon

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Lumimicro announced on the 16th that it will additionally acquire 2,127,659 shares of its affiliate Vibozone for approximately 50 billion KRW to enhance its competitiveness through the expansion and strengthening of business capabilities. After the acquisition, Lumimicro's stake in Vibozone will be 8.6%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 1st of next month.
