[Photo] 'Gwanghwamun Arirang' Installed at Gwanghwamun Square


On the 16th, ahead of the 70th anniversary of the Korean War, the work "Gwanghwamun Arirang" by world-renowned installation artist Kang Ik-jung is on display at Gwanghwamun Square in Jongno-gu, Seoul. This piece includes drawings by 12,000 children from the countries that participated in the war and the names of approximately 175,000 fallen soldiers. Symbolizing the 70th anniversary of the Korean War, the artwork rotates 90 degrees every 70 seconds. / Reporter Kang Jin-hyung aymsdream@
