Chicken franchise leading brand Hosigi Dumari Chicken (CEO: Hong Yunwon) announced on the 15th the launch of a new menu item called "Ppuraide Chicken," with the concept of "fried chicken you can sprinkle to your taste."
Ppuraide Chicken adopts a "double crispy method" that is crispier and maximizes the unique savory flavor compared to regular fried chicken. It is a menu where you can generously sprinkle various types of seasoning sauces. It comes in three flavors: "Onion Seasoning," which includes onion and cream butter; "Red Pepper Seasoning," which offers a fiery chili taste; and "Hot Cheese Seasoning," which combines the unique aroma of cheese with spiciness. When ordering, two types of seasoning are provided per one whole chicken, and customers can choose according to their preference.
It can be combined as a two-chicken set with existing menu items such as soy sauce chicken and seasoned chicken, and can also be ordered together with chicken by parts (wings, legs, gizzards, fried chicken feet, etc.).
A representative of Hosigi Dumari Chicken said, "This menu was planned to meet the most fundamental purchase factor of fried chicken, 'crispiness,' and to provide the fun of choosing flavors. It will offer a new experience to customers who have used our chicken before and appeal with its own competitiveness to those who have not yet tried it."
Ppuraide Chicken will be sold simultaneously at Hosigi Dumari Chicken stores nationwide starting from the 15th.
