[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Ahn Jong-sook, Chairperson of the Seocho District Council, participated on the 11th in the 'Stay Strong (STAY STRONG, Let's endure strongly)' relay campaign to overcome the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

The 'Stay Strong' campaign aims to draw global solidarity and support in response to COVID-19. Chairperson Ahn joined the campaign after being nominated by Cho Eun-hee, Mayor of Seocho District, and Wang Jeong-sun, Chairperson of the Gwanak District Council.

Chairperson Ahn said, "The recent trend of confirmed cases occurring in various places clearly shows that COVID-19 can resurge at any time. Ultimately, each of us is both the beginning and the end of COVID-19 prevention. Let us actively participate in the quarantine rules with mature civic awareness and overcome COVID-19 together."

Chairperson Ahn nominated Lee Gwan-su, Chairperson of the Gangnam District Council, and Kang Han-ok, Chairperson of the Dongjak District Council, as the next participants in the Stay Strong campaign.
