[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] Trot singer Lee Do-jin (31) revealed a special connection with composer Yoon Hang-gi.
On the 12th, KBS1's 'Morning Yard' aired the segment 'Live Talk - If It Were Me,' featuring Yoon Hang-gi, Jeon Won-joo, Yang Taek-jo, Nam Neung-mi, Lee Do-jin, Choi Byung-seo, Kim Mi-sook, and Baek Ah-young.
During the broadcast, Lee Do-jin opened the show by singing Nam Jin's 'Dungji.' Lee Do-jin said, "I have now turned 32 years old. I should meet a lovely wife and settle down, but I have not one, but three older sisters. I'm afraid of the hardships of married life, so I don't know who would marry me."
He then introduced, "Also, there was a teacher I wanted to meet today. The composer who wrote my song 'Hanbangiya' is the son of teacher Yoon Hang-gi."
In response, Yoon Hang-gi said, "This is my first time meeting Lee Do-jin today. I have seen his album and heard about his broadcasting activities, but I heard he is a cherished student of my son, Professor Yoon Junho, so I wondered when I could meet him, and here we are."
Meanwhile, Lee Do-jin debuted in 2012 as a member of the idol group 'Red Apple.' Later, he transitioned to a trot singer, gaining recognition through TV Chosun's entertainment program 'Mr. Trot.'
