On the 7th, Yoon Mi-hyang, a member of the Democratic Party and former director of Jeonguiyeondae, visited the shelter to mourn A.

On that morning, Yoon visited "Peace Our Home" located in Yeonnam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Wearing black top and bottom, she greeted Jeonguiyeondae officials with tears. Yoon covered her mouth with her hand and could not hold back her tears upon hearing the sudden sad news.

On the night of the previous day (the 6th), Yoon shared a post about Director A on her SNS again.

She said, "I met her because she said it was okay to work together for a good cause (even with a low salary)." She added, "Thanks to A, the smiles created at our shelter 'Peace Our Home' by us and the grandmothers became a great energy for our movement." The post has since been deleted.

According to the Paju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on the 7th, the police received a report on the 6th from an acquaintance of A saying, "We cannot reach her." The police and fire authorities, upon receiving the report, opened the entrance door of A's apartment in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, around 10:35 PM and found A deceased in the bathroom.
