[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] A confirmed case of COVID-19 related to a table tennis club in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, has been reported in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province.

On the 6th, Gimpo City announced that a man in his 60s, Mr. A, residing in Gochon-eup, tested positive for COVID-19. Mr. A is believed to be connected to a table tennis club in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu. A Gimpo City official stated, "The epidemiological investigation is still ongoing, so the exact movement path has not been identified."

Since a man in his 50s who visited three table tennis halls in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu between the 28th of last month and the 3rd of this month was confirmed positive, COVID-19 infections have continued to occur in the area.
