Upon cooperation request from Daegu Police Agency, the Jeonbuk Police Agency confirmed the last location of the man's mobile phone near a base station in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk, and is tracking his whereabouts through CCTV analysis and inquiries.
