Seo Hyo-rim's agency Majique stated in an official announcement, "We would like to share joyful news regarding actress Seo Hyo-rim and CEO Jung Myung-ho," adding, "Seo Hyo-rim gave birth to a healthy daughter this afternoon (the 5th) at a hospital in Seoul."

They continued, "Although the birth occurred slightly earlier than the expected date, both the mother and baby are healthy," and "Currently, Seo Hyo-rim is resting surrounded by the blessings of family and friends, and all family members are delighted to welcome this precious new life."

Through her agency, Seo Hyo-rim expressed, "I am happy and overwhelmed to meet the beautiful daughter I have been waiting for today. Meanwhile, Seo Hyo-rim married CEO Jung Myung-ho of Napalggot F&B, who is also actor Kim Soo-mi's son, in December last year.
