Gochang-gun Supports Fees for Nopul Gochang Card and Delivery App Usage

Recently, Gochang-gun has issued the card-type Gochang Love Gift Certificate ‘Nopeul Gochang Card’ and implemented a 10% special discount sale to revitalize the local economy, which has been stagnant due to the rapid increase in COVID-19 confirmed cases, receiving a lot of positive responses.

They plan to further promote the use of the Nopeul Gochang Card by supporting payment fees for small business owners with sales under 300 million KRW.

Also, as the prolonged COVID-19 situation has increased the use of delivery app services that allow non-face-to-face ordering and payment simultaneously, they will support 50% of the app usage fees (up to 500,000 KRW) to provide practical help to small business owners in the local delivery industry.

Applications for the Nopeul Gochang Card payment fees and delivery app usage fees can be submitted by visiting the Gochang-gun Office’s Win-Win Economy Division (Nopeul Gochang Card fees can also be applied for at the Eup/Myeon offices) until the end of November.

Jung Gilhwan, head of the Win-Win Economy Division at Gochang-gun Office, said, “We hope that supporting the Nopeul Gochang Card payment fees and delivery app usage fees will create an environment where consumption in the region can be promoted and help overcome the COVID-19 economic crisis early.”

Meanwhile, Gochang-gun is promoting various support projects for small business owners to overcome the COVID-19 economic crisis early, such as interest subsidy support for small business operating funds, support for card fees and public utility charges for small business owners, and support for social insurance premiums for small business owners.
