◆Hwajin=Announced that the CEO has been changed to Mr. Park Heung-jun. This change is based on Chapter 6, Section 7 of the rehabilitation plan approved on April 28, regarding the appointment and dismissal of executives.

◆EMW= The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced an extension of the deadline for the Corporate Review Committee, which deliberates and resolves delisting decisions, due to the need for additional verification related to the re-audit of the 2019 fiscal year.

◆Gyeongnam Pharmaceutical= Issued convertible bonds to Vantage Partners, Cartoon Korea, Withwin Holdings, and Withwin Investment Association No. 57 to raise operating funds amounting to 14.5 billion KRW.

◆Koentec= The existing largest shareholder, Green Energy Holdings, transferred 59.29% of its shares (29,642,807 shares) to E&F Private Equity. The transaction amount is approximately 421.7 billion KRW.
