Namywon Women's Saeil Center Job Agency Signs Business Agreement

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Namwon Women's Saero Ilgi Center held a business agreement ceremony on the 3rd at the Women's Culture Center, gathering 13 job-related organizations.

The agreement ceremony was conducted to share information on workforce and training demands by industry within the region, and to establish a foundation for employment support service linkage and cooperation with related organizations.

At the ceremony, 11 organizations including the Gwangchi 2nd Industrial Complex Council participated, building a personal network between company representatives and Saero Ilgi Center employment counselors, and providing time for information exchange among participating organizations.

Additionally, the event proceeded with explanations of the Saero Ilgi Center projects including the 2020 vocational education and training courses, followed by signing and exchanging the agreement documents.

Jang Jongsuk, director of Namwon Women's Saero Ilgi Center, stated, “The Women's Saero Ilgi Center operates a 'One-stop Comprehensive Employment Support System' dedicated to supporting employment for women whose careers have been interrupted due to childbirth, childcare burdens, and caregiving for family members. We ask for continuous exchange and cooperation to mutually strive for women's employment.”

Meanwhile, Namwon Women's Saero Ilgi Center has opened practical multi-office worker and child care specialist courses, each with 20 participants, as vocational education and training to cultivate necessary personnel based on corporate demand surveys. They plan to link certification acquisition and course completion to employment by mid-July.
