Myungseong TNS Selected as Lead Institution for National Project on Electric Vehicle Batteries

[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] Myeongseong TNS announced on the 4th that it has been selected as the lead institution for a national project titled 'Development of a large-area simultaneous double-sided PVdF coating equipment for electric vehicle battery separators with a production speed of 30m per minute.' The development period is until December 31, 2022.

Myeongseong TNS explained, "The research and development goal is to develop PVdF-based polymer coating technology with excellent thermal stability and to develop separator coating equipment with a width of 800mm and a production speed of 30m/min."
