An employee working at the AXA Insurance Jongno Call Center (Jongno 5-ga Station) tested positive for the novel coronavirus (hereafter COVID-19), and it has been confirmed that a total of five people, including family members and contacts, have been infected. The Seoul Metropolitan Government closed the 5th and 11th floors of the building housing the call center, and all contacts have been placed under self-quarantine.
