Boseong-gun 'Individual Official Land Price Decision' Objection Submission Until 29th This Month

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Yong-chul] Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 3rd that it has decided and publicly announced the 2020 regular individual official land prices for 207,861 parcels on May 29 and will accept objections until the 29th.

This year's official land prices showed a slight increase of 4.88% compared to last year.

The highest land price in Boseong-gun is at 893-4 Boseong-ri, Boseong-eup, at 1,470,000 KRW per square meter, while the lowest land price is at San 2, Wi-eo-ri, Wi-eo-myeon, at 223 KRW per square meter.

The individual official land prices can be checked through the land price viewing books available at the county office and eup/myeon offices' civil service desks. If visiting in person is difficult, they can be viewed on the Boseong-gun website (Participation Civil Service - Housing/Real Estate).

Landowners and interested parties who have objections to the individual official land prices can fill out the objection form, including reasons for objection and opinion prices, available at the county office and eup/myeon offices, and submit it in person to the Civil Service Department (Real Estate Management Division) at the county office or send it by mail or fax.

The county plans to notify the objectors individually of the results by the 24th of next month after the submitted objection parcels undergo verification by appraisers and review by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.
