Received Investment from 'Viewrun Technology' and 'QS Tech'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Naver's corporate accelerator D2SF announced on the 3rd that it has invested in two technology startups in the fields of autonomous driving and digital health.
The startups receiving investment are 'ViewRun Technology,' which developed a LiDAR perception solution essential for autonomous driving, and 'QSStack,' which is preparing a health management platform based on a smart on-site diagnostic kit.
ViewRun Technology is a startup with excellent LiDAR software (SW) research and development capabilities, developing LiDAR perception solutions using signal processing technology. It is commercializing perception solutions optimized for autonomous driving and security and is conducting collaborative projects with several companies. BonAngels participated as a co-investor in this investment.
QSStack, a startup founded by biosensor experts, is preparing its first product, the smart urine test kit 'QSCheck-UIS4.' This product can detect early signs of kidney disease, diabetes, and urinary tract diseases by testing glucose, protein, pH, occult blood, and more. QSStack's kit obtained approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in February and plans to launch within the year. KB Investment participated as a co-investor.
Yang Sang-hwan, leader of Naver D2SF, said, "Both teams have outstanding expertise and rich experience in their respective fields, so they will grow rapidly," adding, "We will continue to actively invest in technology startups in various fields."
Meanwhile, since its launch in May 2015, Naver D2SF has invested in 46 technology startups and is promoting various forms of collaboration so that Naver and startups can grow together. ??
