[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] LG Household & Health Care (CEO Cha Seok-yong) has launched three products in the Yehwadam Ssukding Moisture Line, which soothes skin irritated by ultraviolet rays and external harmful substances during the upcoming summer season using mugwort extracts.
The natural herbal brand Yehwadam introduced the Ssukding Moisture Line containing summer mugwort, harvested between June and August in Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk, known for its cooling properties that withstand the summer heat. This line is designed to calm heated skin from the strong sunlight of spring through summer.
The flagship product, Ssukding Cream, combines Artemisia princeps extract, known for its excellent skin-soothing effects, with Houttuynia cordata and lotus extracts that provide moisture to dry skin. It features a lightweight, non-sticky texture that finishes refreshingly and delivers ample hydration as if water droplets burst on the skin.
Additionally, the line includes Ssukding Essence and Ssukding Emulsion, which form a moisturizing barrier on the skin to deeply deliver hydration, completing the three-product lineup.
A representative of the Yehwadam brand stated, “With growing consumer interest in the soothing effects of mugwort for sensitive skin, we launched this calming moisture line containing mugwort extracts.
