'Pyeonrimium Era' One-Stop Living Infrastructure Equipped Daegu 'Jukjeon Station City Pradium' Selling Successfully!

Recently, ‘Convenience Premium’ complexes have been gaining popularity in the Daegu housing market by showing excellent subscription results.

Convenience Premium is a coined term combining ‘convenience’ and ‘premium,’ referring to a consumer trend where people seek products or services that save their time or effort even if it costs more. It emerged as modern people began to prioritize efficient use of time and started to place ‘convenience’ as the top consumption criterion.

Since the level of rest and leisure life varies depending on the convenience facilities near the home, Convenience Premium is emerging as an important trend in housing sales.

A real estate expert said, “Complexes equipped with one-stop infrastructure where residents can enjoy shopping, culture, and leisure all close to their residence can be seen as representative Convenience Premium products,” adding, “As the demand for convenience deepens in the market, the demand for one-stop complexes will remain steady.”

- Equipped with excellent one-stop locations such as shopping, medical care, and parks... High-rise design and outstanding views attract attention

Amid this trend, ‘Jukjeon Station City Pradium’ is gaining word-of-mouth popularity for its excellent one-stop living environment. Located at 277-5 Jukjeon-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, along with eight other parcels, ‘Jukjeon Station City Pradium’ consists of 80 apartments of 84㎡ exclusive area from basement level 3 to 48 floors above ground (including rooftop), and 40 residential officetel units, totaling 120 households.

First, large shopping facilities such as Homeplus and E-Mart are located near the complex, and various medical facilities including Daegu Medical Center are also nearby. Additionally, green spaces such as Duryu Park, Sangri Park, Janggi Park, and Yongsan Park are scattered throughout, allowing residents to enjoy high-quality rest.

Moreover, various schools such as Yongsan Elementary-Middle School, Jangsan Elementary School, and Seongseo Middle School surround the complex, and convenient road conditions and public transportation networks are in place, ensuring a safe commuting environment for students.

The interior layout, designed with residents’ convenience in mind, also stands out. A white base with brown tones creates an urban atmosphere, and ample storage spaces such as entrance shoe cabinets and kitchen utility rooms enable efficient living. Furthermore, practical space utilization is expected through features like the powder room and dressing room in the master bedroom and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

The introduction of cutting-edge residential systems is also noteworthy. ‘Jukjeon Station City Pradium’ allows residents to freely control lighting, gas valves, and heating via a smartphone app, enhances security with an activated security function when going out, and conveniently checks the charging status when using electric vehicles.

Additionally, based on a high-rise design of up to 48 floors including the rooftop, the complex secures excellent views and features a structure that maximizes natural lighting and ventilation.

- Convenient transportation based on ultra-close proximity to Jukjeon Station... Various large-scale development benefits added

The complex also boasts convenient transportation. Daegu Subway Line 2’s Jukjeon Station is located right in front of the complex, making travel to the city center easy, and access to the Jungbu Inland Expressway and Seongseo, Namdaegu, and Seodaegu ICs is smooth. The KTX Seodaegu Station, scheduled to open in 2021, is also nearby. The KTX Seodaegu Station is expected to dramatically improve the metropolitan transportation network to major regions nationwide such as Seoul and Daejeon.

The Seongseo General Industrial Complex near the complex is growing as it was selected as a project site for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s ‘Industrial Complex Renovation’ project. The Industrial Complex Renovation is a project where metropolitan local governments establish innovation plans and the central government invests intensively for three years to create innovation hubs. Notably, Seongseo Industrial Complex, the only general industrial complex selected, plans to invest 970.5 billion KRW over three years starting next year for 47 projects as a smart industrial complex.

Furthermore, Daegu City plans to promote a high-tech industrial advancement strategy by linking the Seongseo General Complex with the Seodaegu General Industrial Complex located north of the complex. Once the development of surrounding industrial complexes is completed, about 5,000 jobs are expected to be created in Daegu alone. Housing demand for ‘Jukjeon Station City Pradium’ is also expected to increase further.

In addition, the relocation of the Daegu City Hall new building (scheduled for 2025) is planned near the complex. The new Daegu City Hall will be constructed as a building with complex functions including administration, culture, education, and convenience, and many affiliated organizations will also be established there.

Moreover, by 2030, station area development centered around Seodaegu Station is planned. Through this, Daegu City aims to create various transportation facilities and attract private investment. Furthermore, the Seodaegu Station area development is expected to create about 120,000 jobs.

The model house for ‘Jukjeon Station City Pradium’ is located at 1258 Igok-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, and move-in is scheduled for October 2023.
