[Today’s Weather] Rain Expected in Central Regions from Afternoon...Fine Dust Level 'Moderate'

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] On Tuesday the 2nd, rain is expected in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and the central regions including northern Jeonbuk and northern Gyeongbuk.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, there may be gusts of wind accompanied by thunder and lightning in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungnam, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.

Rain will begin from 3 PM on the western coast of Gyeonggi and spread to the central regions, northern Jeonbuk, and northern Gyeongbuk. There may be temporarily heavy rain of around 10 mm per hour until 9 PM, followed by light rain of less than 5 mm per hour from night.

The minimum temperatures on the morning of the 2nd are expected to be △Seoul 15°C △Daejeon 14°C △Daegu 15°C △Busan 17°C △Jeonju 14°C △Gwangju 15°C △Chuncheon 13°C △Gangneung 19°C △Jeju 17°C.

The highest temperatures during the day are expected to be △Seoul 22°C △Daejeon 28°C △Daegu 29°C △Busan 24°C △Jeonju 27°C △Gwangju 28°C △Chuncheon 22°C △Gangneung 27°C △Jeju 26°C.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good to Moderate' due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
