The released photo showed a donation to the George Floyd Official Memorial Fund. According to the photo, Mark donated about $7,000 (approximately 8.59 million KRW) as a memorial fund.
Earlier, in Minnesota, USA, on the 25th of last month (local time), a white police officer pressed his knee on the neck of a Black man named George Floyd, causing his death.
In particular, a video showing Floyd pleading "I can't breathe" was released on SNS, sparking protests across the United States against the incident.
Meanwhile, Minnesota declared a state of emergency on the 29th of last month (local time) and deployed about 500 National Guard troops to Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
