The golden cosmos, blooming over a stretch of about 2km along the Yocheon River, brings the feeling of spring to Namwon citizens and creates a beautiful riverside landscape.

Known as the "yellow cosmos," the golden cosmos is a representative ornamental summer wildflower. The bright yellow golden cosmos reaches its peak from mid-May and blooms fully until August, playing a role in making the early summer urban scenery pleasant and lively.

In addition, wave petunias are blooming red in the flower pots hanging on the railings of the Namwon Bridge to Seungsagyo Bridge, creating a beautiful flower bridge. The colorful wave petunias catch the eyes of passing vehicles and pedestrians, offering a beautiful sight to the citizens of Namwon.
