The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Headquarters of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) will open a cyber model house for the Daegu Yeon-gyeong District S-1 Block ‘LH New Well City 10-Year Public Rental’ on the 2nd.


‘LH New Well City 10-Year Public Rental’ is located in the Yeon-gyeong District S-1 Block, which is the closest area to the city center within Yeon-gyeong District. It consists of 788 premium public rental units in small to medium sizes of 59㎡, 74㎡, and 84㎡. Including the 1,024 units already sold, it is the largest complex in Yeon-gyeong District with a total of 1,812 units.


Surrounded by Palgongsan Mountain and with Donghwa Stream flowing through, Yeon-gyeong District is a healing residential area with a pleasant living environment that harmonizes nature and the city. Over 7,500 households, combining detached houses and public housing sites, have either completed moving in or are currently moving in.


With the 4th Ring Road scheduled for full opening in 2021 and growing expectations for the extension of the EXCO Line (tentative name) of Subway Line 3 to Yeon-gyeong District, which is currently undergoing preliminary feasibility studies, ‘LH New Well City 10-Year Public Rental’ is attracting attention as an apartment that will fully enjoy the premium of a self-sufficient city completed in 10 years.

The 10-year public rental is a project managed by LH, so there is no worry about deposit returns. The ratio of deposit to monthly rent can be adjusted according to the tenant’s circumstances, and tenants can terminate the contract and move out at any time without penalty after moving in. Residents can live as if it is their own home for 10 years, and after moving in, they can terminate the contract and move out at any time without penalty. After 10 years, they are given priority purchase rights.


‘LH New Well City 10-Year Public Rental’ will open its cyber model house on June 2, and will recruit tenants through institutional recommendation and special supply on June 15 (Monday), first priority on June 16 (Tuesday), and second priority on June 17 (Wednesday).
