[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] BMW Korea announced on the 1st that it is recruiting customer experience group members for its new membership program, ‘BMW Vantage,’ based on a mobile application.
Scheduled for release in the second half of this year, BMW Vantage is a blockchain-based new concept lifestyle platform that offers integrated services across mobility, travel, culture, education, and overall lifestyle, along with services such as coin accumulation, payment, and discounts.
Through this open platform, BMW Korea plans to provide various services that allow customers to experience BMW in their daily lives, increasing touchpoints with consumers and continuing genuine communication with customers.
Before the official launch of BMW Vantage, BMW Korea is starting to recruit customer experience group members from today to enhance the service’s completeness through actual customer feedback.
Application guidance messages will be sent to customers who purchased BMW vehicles in the past three years, and the first 1,000 applicants who complete the application via the link in the message will receive certain benefits, including 30,000 coins.
