[Asia Economy, Intern Reporter Min Junyoung] Yoo Sangchul, Honorary Coach of Incheon United, shared updates on his condition following his battle with pancreatic cancer.

On the episode of JTBC's entertainment program Come Together and Kick that aired on the 31st, Coach Yoo Sangchul appeared alongside Choi Jincheol, Lee Woonjae, Song Jongguk, Park Jaehong, Kim Yongdae, Hyun Youngmin, Lee Chunsoo, Choi Taeuk, and Kim Jungwoo.

During the broadcast, Yoo Sangchul said, "I am still receiving treatment for pancreatic cancer, but my condition has improved significantly. Although it is difficult, I am able to stay motivated and continue my treatment thanks to the concern and support of so many people."

He also brought laughter when host Jung Hyungdon expressed concern that the recording might run long, to which Yoo replied, "If the recording goes on too long, I'll just leave."

Previously, in November last year, he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. While battling the illness, he led Incheon United FC to remain in K League 1, and then stepped down as coach to undergo chemotherapy.

Six months later, he made his first official appearance by joining Come Together and Kick as a guest.
