[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] At around 6:26 PM on the 31st, a K5 passenger car collided with the guardrail on the shoulder near the Dongyeongcheon Interchange (IC) on the Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway in Singi-dong, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, heading toward Yeongcheon.

As a result of the accident, four people including the driver were seriously injured and transported to the hospital. Among the injured, two are reported to be in cardiac arrest. The fire department, responding to the report, deployed nine vehicles including ambulances to rescue the injured.
