Lee So-young (23, Lotte) achieved a 'wire-to-wire' victory after leading from the first day. On the 31st, at South Springs Golf Club in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province (par 72, 6,501 yards), she added a 3-under-par on the final day of the KLPGA Tour E1 Charity Open (total prize money 800 million KRW) to secure a 2-stroke win (17-under-par 271). This was her first win of the season and her fifth career victory, coming 1 year and 8 months after the All For You Championship in September 2018. The winner's prize money was 160 million KRW.

Lee So-young started with a one-stroke lead and made three birdies on holes 7, 13, and 16. The birdie on the 13th hole (par 4) with a '1-on 2-putt' stood out. At that moment, Yoo Hae-ran (19, SK Networks) had risen to co-leader with an eagle from a bunker shot, but Lee maintained her one-stroke lead. On the 16th hole (par 5), she sealed the victory with an 'eagle-like birdie' by placing her third shot very close to the hole. Yoo Hae-ran finished second (15-under-par 273), while Lim Hee-jung (20, Hanwha Q CELLS) and Kim So-yi (26) tied for third place (12-under-par 276).
