[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the afternoon of the 28th, Yudonggyun, Mayor of Mapo District, participated in a donation ceremony held by Kyochon F&B (CEO So Jin-se · Hwang Hak-su) to support children suffering from food insecurity.

The chicken franchise Kyochon F&B donated 1,000 chicken exchange vouchers worth 15 million KRW to Mapo District.

At the donation ceremony, Jang Gyu-sik, Executive Director of Kyochon F&B, said, “We decided to donate chicken exchange vouchers from Kyochon Chicken to provide delicious snacks to low-income families who have few opportunities to dine out due to their living conditions.”

The chicken exchange vouchers prepared by Kyochon Chicken will be distributed to 1,000 children suffering from food insecurity in Mapo District through local community centers and regional children's centers.

Mayor Yu expressed his gratitude, saying, “I thank Kyochon F&B for caring about the neighbors in need in our community and practicing sharing.”
