Civil complaints related to permits and approvals, which are closely connected to residents' daily lives, often involve various stakeholders, leading to high interest among complainants.
Accordingly, Jangseong County published "An Easy Permit Journey with Yellow City Jangseong," which summarizes the procedures for handling various permits and approvals-related civil complaints.
The booklet organizes the complaint handling process into seven categories: ▲Development Complaints ▲Building Complaints ▲Environmental Complaints ▲Cadastral Complaints ▲Spatial Information ▲Real Estate Management ▲General Complaints. It will be evenly distributed to each department of the county office and the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers.
A county official stated, "Through the production of this comprehensive civil complaint handling guidebook, complainants can quickly and easily access the information they need," adding, "It is also effective for sharing work-related matters among the responsible public officials."
