[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Coway announced on the 28th that it has launched an 'Ice Water Purifier' capable of producing clean and abundant ice and providing hygienic tank care.

This new product adopts a 'dual cooling system' that separately produces ice and cold water. It can manufacture a large volume of ice, providing abundant ice. Additionally, it applies 'Crystal Ice Making Technology' that shakes the water before freezing to remove air bubbles in the water, creating harder and clearer ice.

The Ice Water Purifier significantly enhances ice hygiene. This product is the first Coway ice water purifier to automatically care for the ice tank with a 'Ultraviolet (UV) LED lamp' three times a day for two hours each time. Also, all key components involved in ice production are made of stainless steel.

In particular, it is equipped with a 'Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Filter System' that rigorously filters 47 types of harmful pollutants, from heavy metals to ultra-fine ionic substances as small as 0.4 nanometers dissolved in water, according to the company.

Moreover, it is the first Coway water purifier to feature an LCD display. It intuitively shows various customized information such as ▲function settings ▲service details ▲fault checks. Frequently used functions by customers can be easily accessed via simple touch buttons.
