First, Lotte Hotel Seoul Dorim presents its signature health dish, "Chinese-style cold noodles." Dorim's Chinese-style cold noodles have gained explosive popularity every year, with inquiries about the dish flooding in since May.
The premium toppings piled on the cold noodles provide both health benefits and great taste. Whole abalones from Wando, shrimp, five-spice pork, duck eggs, sea cucumber strips, and egg garnish captivate both the eyes and palate at once. Additionally, tangy mustard and savory peanut sauce are offered to enjoy according to preference. The price is 38,000 KRW.
At Mugunghwa, Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Korean restaurant boasting the longest history among domestic luxury hotels, Chef Oh Taehyun, with 30 years of experience, presents a special summer health dish called "Cold Noodle Set."
Mugunghwa’s cold noodles are Pyongyang-style, known for their clear broth that has secured a loyal fan base, and are made with 100% domestically sourced Bongpyeong buckwheat. The noodles are freshly extruded from a cold noodle mold upon order, delivering the best freshness and chewiness.
The Cold Noodle Set is offered as a lunch menu with a reasonable composition including appetizers, Daegwallyeong Korean beef bulgogi, cold noodles, dessert, tea, and refreshments. The price is 73,000 KRW.
At Momoyama, Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Japanese restaurant, a special summer health course has been prepared with healthy ingredients to restore appetites lost to the heat, appealing to all ages and genders.
The menu includes appetizers such as potato cold soup and avocado smoked salmon rolls; a clear soup with conger eel and savory sesame tofu for energy recovery; seasonal sashimi; eel crepe with paprika pancake, radish, ginger strips, tomato, and sea eel served with tangy mustard sauce; Korean beef sous vide with watermelon salsa sauce; and abalone soybean noodles made with Inaniwa udon. Each dish is crafted with health and sincerity. The price is 190,000 KRW.
