[Asia Economy, reporter Park Jongil] Gwanak District (District Mayor Park Junhee) is launching an "Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Proof Shot" SNS event to revitalize the local economy.
The purpose is to encourage residents to use their emergency disaster relief funds at stores located in Gwanak District, thereby supporting small business owners suffering from the economic downturn caused by COVID-19, increasing their sales, and revitalizing the local economy.
The "Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Proof Shot" SNS event will be held from June 1 to June 19 through Gwanak District's official Instagram account.
Any Seoul citizen who uses the emergency disaster relief fund at a store in Gwanak District can participate in the event up to two times.
To participate in the "Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Proof Shot" SNS event, participants must first follow Gwanak District's official Instagram account.
After using the emergency disaster relief fund at a store in Gwanak District, participants should take a photo at the location and a photo of the SMS transaction history or receipt. Then, they must upload both photos to their personal Instagram account along with the hashtags #긴급재난지원금관악구 and #사용처.
Gwanak District will randomly select 200 participants and announce the list of winners on the official Gwanak District KakaoTalk channel on June 26.
The 200 selected winners will each receive a mobile gift certificate worth 5,000 KRW, which can be used at convenience stores.
District Mayor Park Junhee said, "I ask for your active interest and participation in the 'Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Proof Shot' SNS event, along with prompt spending, so that we can provide practical help to small business owners," adding, "We will continue to come up with creative ideas to boost local consumption in the future."
