[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jaramp Food, an agricultural corporation in Muan County (CEO Lee Ui-seong), on the 27th, donated 10 million won designated as a donation to the Cheonggye-myeon Senior Citizens' Association branch through the Muan County Comprehensive Social Welfare Center to support vulnerable groups struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lee Ui-seong, CEO of Jaramp Food, said, "I am pleased to contribute to supporting vulnerable groups in the region who are facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 situation," adding, "We will continue to deliver warm hearts to the community and promote social contribution activities that help so that we can work together with the region."
Seo Myeong-ho, head of Cheonggye-myeon, who participated in the donation ceremony, stated, "We will continue to provide welfare services to low-income vulnerable groups in Cheonggye-myeon who are experiencing difficulties due to the impact of COVID-19."
Meanwhile, the donation will be used to purchase supplies for meal support for vulnerable elderly people conducted by the Cheonggye-myeon Senior Citizens' Association branch, which had been suspended due to the COVID-19 impact.
