[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeon Seong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Junsung) announced on the 26th that as of the previous day, emergency disaster relief funds have been distributed to 9 out of 10 households in the county, with 11,421 households receiving support via credit/debit cards and 5,244 households through the Yeonggwang Sarang Card.
For those who have not yet applied for the emergency disaster relief funds, applications can be made through the credit/debit card website, affiliated bank branches, the county website and the mobile app ‘Geuligo’, or by visiting the town and township offices. If you want to check the remaining balance of the support funds received via the Yeonggwang Sarang Card, you can do so through the balance inquiry site linked on the county website.
Governor Kim Junsung said, “We are making efforts to ensure that every single resident receives the government’s emergency disaster relief funds without exception, so please apply,” and added, “Please try to spend the received support funds as much as possible by August 31 to help revitalize the local economy.”
