[Asia Economy Reporter Song Hwajeong] Mirae Asset Daewoo announced on the 26th that the number of subscribers to its AI investment information service, m.Club, has surpassed 300,000.
Amid the recent spread of non-face-to-face (untact) culture, m.Club, which exceeded 200,000 subscribers in January this year, has attracted an additional 100,000 subscribers in just four months, establishing itself as Mirae Asset Daewoo's representative non-face-to-face service.
m.Club provides various content to customers, such as ‘Dr.Big’s Investment Diagnosis,’ which analyzes personal investment patterns and diagnoses held stocks based on the investment information of customers with good investment habits, and ‘Dr.Big’s Power Ranking,’ which supports intuitive investment decisions through AI scores extracted by analyzing key information of investment products, thereby achieving high customer satisfaction.
Recently, a renewal reflecting customer feedback was carried out. Since the 15th, the service ‘Choice of Top Experts’ has been offered, allowing users to view in real-time the trading stocks of the top 1% in Mirae Asset Daewoo’s stock investment returns for the day.
Kim Beomgyu, Head of Digital Innovation Division at Mirae Asset Daewoo, said, “Diverse customer feedback plays an essential role in providing better services,” adding, “We will continue to improve m.Club’s various contents to be helpful to customers.”
To commemorate the renewal of ‘Choice of Top Experts,’ Mirae Asset Daewoo is also holding an event for m.Club subscribers. Customers who have subscribed to m.Club and viewed ‘Choice of Top Experts’ at least once will be automatically entered into the event, where a total of 10 winners will be selected by lottery to receive an iPad Pro and GoPro. This event runs until the 5th of next month.
