First, since last month, the company has been running the 'Employee Energy-UP Project,' which includes online entrance ceremonies, online team dinners, and homecation full packages. The online entrance ceremony was planned to celebrate the school entrance of employees and their families who could not properly hold entrance ceremonies due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, team dinners to boost department morale were also held online. On designated online dinner days for each department, employees enjoyed food ordered for takeout or delivery with their families at home and shared the experience online with their colleagues, having a pleasant time together.
During this month's golden holiday period, experiential online classes called Online Class, an online concert by Viva Chamber Ensemble, and a "Banggu-seok 1-yeol" (Front Row at Home) event for watching a drama to understand disabilities were conducted.
For Parents' Day, short letters and fruit baskets were sent on behalf of employees' children who could not visit their parents in person, conveying gratitude to their parents. An event to express thanks to life mentors was also held ahead of Teachers' Day.
