[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Min Jun-young] On Tuesday the 26th, rain is expected in most regions nationwide except for the southern coast.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the 26th will be mostly clear until noon, then gradually become cloudy, with rain accompanied by thunder and lightning expected between 12 PM and 12 AM in the central region, Jeonbuk province, and northern Gyeongbuk province.

This rain is expected to continue until dawn on the 27th in some areas of Chungnam and Jeonbuk, depending on the intensity of atmospheric instability.

The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 14°C △Chuncheon 14°C △Gangneung 16°C △Daejeon 14°C △Cheongju 14°C △Daegu 16°C △Jeonju 14°C △Gwangju 15°C △Busan 17°C △Jeju 17°C △Ulleung/Dokdo 16°C △Baengnyeongdo 13°C.

The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be △Seoul 22°C △Chuncheon 23°C △Gangneung 23°C △Daejeon 26°C △Cheongju 26°C △Daegu 27°C △Jeonju 25°C △Gwangju 26°C △Busan 23°C △Jeju 22°C △Ulleung/Dokdo 21°C △Baengnyeongdo 18°C.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'moderate' across all regions, but in the Seoul metropolitan area, stagnant air will cause domestic fine dust to accumulate, resulting in 'bad' levels in the morning.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "During the rain mainly in northern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and northern Chungbuk, there may be occasional thunder and lightning. Please be cautious with facility management and safety accidents."
