[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Eugene Investment & Securities announced on the 25th that it will change to a dual CEO system with Yoo Changsoo and Ko Kyungmo as co-CEOs under the leadership of Yoo Changsoo.
The effective date for the change to the dual CEO system is June 1.
