[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Kim Sam-seok, the husband of Yoon Mi-hyang, the elected member of the Democratic Party of Korea (former director of the Justice and Memory Foundation), has been reported to a civic group for promoting a donation account in his wife's name on the website of the media company he operates.

The Association of Judicial Exam Preparers (Sajunmo) announced on the 25th that it filed a complaint against Kim at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office on charges including forgery and use of private documents, obstruction of business, violation of the Act on the Regulation of Solicitation for Donations, and embezzlement in the course of business.

Through the complaint, Sajunmo claimed, "Kim forged private documents by writing articles under the name of a non-existent reporter and posting them in print and online, thereby obstructing the operations of the portal site that had an article partnership."

They also alleged that Kim was an accomplice with Yoon by listing Yoon's personal account as a fundraising account while writing an article in September 2015 about the European campaign of the Korean Council for the Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan (Jeongdaehyeop).

Yoon is under prosecution investigation for repeatedly receiving donations by posting a personal account, not the organization's account, on social network services (SNS) while serving as the director of the Justice and Memory Foundation.

Additionally, Sajunmo filed a complaint against certified public accountant Lee, who was in charge of auditing the Justice and Memory Foundation, on charges including embezzlement in the course of business, fraud, and violation of the Act on the Management of Subsidies. Sajunmo stated in the complaint, "The accused is a certified public accountant and auditor of the Justice and Memory Foundation and must fulfill professional responsibilities," and added, "If the accused had conducted a proper audit, the misuse of donations and government subsidies by the Justice and Memory Foundation and Jeongdaehyeop could have been prevented."

Sajunmo has filed complaints with the prosecution four times from the 14th of this month until today against Yoon and related parties of the Justice and Memory Foundation.
