Jung Eun-kyung, head of the Central Disease Control Headquarters, stated at a regular briefing held on the 22nd at the Osong Disease Control Headquarters in Chungbuk, "Nine confirmed cases have occurred at the buffet restaurant 'Raon Party' located in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province."
An instructor at an academy in Incheon who visited the Itaewon clubs infected a student, and a taxi driver who visited a coin karaoke room that the student had been to also became infected. This taxi driver, who has worked as a freelance photographer at the Bucheon doljanchi, visited Raon Party on the 9th and 17th.
With six additional cases infected by this taxi driver confirmed in one day, the total number of confirmed cases related to the Bucheon doljanchi has risen to nine. A one-year-old girl and her parents who attended the doljanchi at Raon Party on the 10th were confirmed positive the day before, and on this day, the maternal grandparents and guests were additionally confirmed positive.
Head Jung said, "Those who visited Raon Party on the 9th from 4:50 PM to 8:30 PM, on the 10th from 10:20 AM to 2:14 PM, and on the 17th from 10:33 AM to 1:42 PM are requested to get tested at the nearest screening clinic."
