Applications will open for 'Wirye New Town Umirin Phase 2' in Hakam-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi Province, 'Sokcho The Ocean Xi' in Dongmyeong-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon Province, and 'Ulsan J-Well City Xi' in Seobu-dong, Dong-gu, Ulsan. Model houses are being prepared to open at 22 sites. 'Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio' in Baekseok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, 'e-Pyeonhansesang Mudeungsan' in Sotae-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju, and 'Yangju Okjeong New Town Daesung Berhill' in Okjeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province are scheduled to open, promising a rich supply nationwide.

Woomi Construction plans to supply 'Wirye New Town Umirin Phase 2' at A3-2 block in Wirye New Town, Hanam-si. This complex will consist of 7 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with units sized 90 to 119㎡ (exclusive area), totaling 420 households. By area, it includes 47 units of 90㎡A, 163 units of 102㎡A, 66 units of 102㎡B, and 144 units of 119㎡A.
