Kiturami Launches High-Efficiency 'Ventilation Plus Air Purification System'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Kiturami announced on the 21st that it will launch a high-efficiency 'Ventilation Plus Air Purification System' that simultaneously implements air purification and ventilation while recovering and recycling energy discarded along with indoor air.

This new product expels polluted indoor air outside through the ventilation purification system even on days when natural ventilation is difficult due to severe fine dust or rainy seasons and heavy snowfall, purifies the outside air, and supplies it indoors to maintain a comfortable living space. It can be installed in various living facilities such as commercial facilities, schools, apartments, residential-commercial complexes, and general houses.

In particular, it is equipped with a triple purification filter system composed of a 40mm thick HEPA filter (H13 grade) with enhanced sterilization power. In addition, it recovers more than 70% of the cold and heat contained in the air discharged outdoors and recycles it for indoor heating and cooling, maximizing energy-saving effects and minimizing indoor temperature fluctuations caused by ventilation.

The Kiturami Ventilation Plus Air Purification System removes various chemical substances and carbon dioxide and can improve indoor oxygen concentration and radon levels, according to the company. It also features automatic purification mode that measures and purifies indoor air pollution in real time, and a low-noise sleep purification mode.

A Kiturami official said, "The Kiturami Group has independently developed and supplied industrial heating and cooling air conditioning systems used in nuclear power plants, semiconductor production facilities, and large multiplexes, which require much higher levels of technology than household products," adding, "Since our technology and product performance have already been recognized in the business-to-business (B2B) market, we expect to stand out in the household market as well."
