SK Infosec Obtains AWS Security Competency Certification

SK Infosec announced on the 21st that it has become the first domestic technical partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Korea to obtain the 'AWS Security Competency' certification.

The AWS Security Competency is a program that certifies the expertise of partner companies. To receive the certification, companies must meet AWS's business and technical requirements, including multiple customer deployment cases, having a certain number of experts, and possessing proprietary solutions operating on AWS.

SK Infosec provides total security services ranging from cloud security consulting to security element construction, monitoring, and operation. It also offers security monitoring for AWS WAF (Web Application Firewall) and Amazon GuardDuty (intelligent threat detection service).

SK Infosec plans to leverage the AWS Security Competency certification as a stepping stone to capture the rapidly growing demand for cloud security in the untact (contactless) era.
