On the 20th, SBS's 'Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant' aired the third story of the 23rd alley, 'Suwon Jeongja-dong Alley.'


On that day, after the duck jumulleok restaurant suddenly saw a rush of customers following the broadcast, they repeatedly made mistakes. They made order errors and did not provide friendly explanations when customers asked about the menu. The food also came out later than usual.


As a result, customers showed disappointment, saying things like "The fried rice is bland" and "Let's eat quickly and leave."


After business hours, Baek Jong-won visited the duck jumulleok restaurant and harshly criticized, saying, "Do you think the customers who came today will come back? I would never come back even if I died. Who would come all the way here at this price to receive such service?"


He continued, "The two of you are trapped in delusion. Just because business was good for a week, do you think everything is fine? You lost all the customers during that week," and added, "They came because they were curious. They came because it was a restaurant featured on the show. If customers don’t get their food, if some places give side dishes and others don’t, and if the service is unfriendly, who would come back?"


He then advised, "If digestion is not good, you have to prevent customers from coming in. It’s enough if ten tables eat deliciously and leave. What good is it if a hundred tables come and go? If ninety-nine tables complain, you have to be prepared. Next is the menu. The menu is nothing. That’s how you last long."
