Education on Sexual Violence Prevention and Gender Equality Awareness for Over 3,700 Participants
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Productivity Center (KPC, Chairman Noh Gyu-seong) announced on the 20th that it has been selected as the executing agency for the consulting support project on gender equality education and labor education in the content sector and is recruiting related participants.
The consulting support project for gender equality education and labor education in the content sector, led by the Korea Creative Content Agency, aims to spread a culture of gender equality and improve the capabilities and job environment of broadcasting and content companies. Gender violence prevention and gender equality awareness improvement education will be provided to over 3,700 people, and customized consulting for job environment improvement will be conducted for more than 20 companies, all fully supported free of charge.
The "Visiting Sexual Harassment, Sexual Violence Prevention, and Gender Equality Education" will be conducted across all content genres including games, broadcasting, music, fashion, comics, animation, and characters until October. The "Job Environment Improvement Consulting" is divided into basic consulting and specialized consulting and will be carried out for a total of 20 content companies.
